Abe Two Chained Drop Earrings

These copper pennies are handcut with a jeweler's saw, linked together, and soldered closed to form dangling earrings. The copper pennies and sterling silver ear wires are naturally oxidized and matte finished. Each penny used was minted in solid copper before 1982, with traces of the image of the Lincoln Memorial visible on their reverse.
